What are Flickr safety levels?

Zilla is a free photo/video backup assistant that helps you to keep your memories backed up to your Flickr account.

Trusted by users in 130+ countries.

It's important to note that users themselves are responsible for designating safety levels, not Flickr. You can filter your content by safety level (safe, moderate, and restricted). Safety levels let other members know what kind of audience you intended for your content. When they search for new content, they can pick how safe the content is that they're looking for.

Safety level definitions

  1. Safe - Content suitable for a global, public audience.
  2. Moderate - Content not suitable for all audiences (like bare breasts and bottoms).
  3. Restricted - Content that shouldn't be seen by kids (like full frontal nudity).
